This page explains how contact data submitted through the HB Consulting website is handled.
Purpose
Data is used only to respond to the contact request, understand the need presented and prepare initial guidance.
Request registration and forwarding
The request is first registered in the VATA CRM, where it receives a reference and initial qualification to support follow-up. The user is then directed to WhatsApp with the message already prepared.
Technical support
VATA Systems provides the technical infrastructure for capturing and monitoring requests on behalf of HB Consulting, with access limited to what is necessary for operation, security and maintenance.
Technical and statistical measurement
The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate usage and performance statistics. This measurement does not use analytics cookies or track individual visitors. Submitted requests and WhatsApp openings are recorded separately in the VATA CRM for commercial follow-up.
Retention
Data will be kept only for the period necessary to follow up on the request or comply with applicable obligations.
Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data through the contacts provided on this website.
