This page explains how contact data submitted through the HB Consulting website is handled.
The website may collect name, email, phone number, company, website, sector, project stage, capital sought, planned use, connection to Portugal, links provided, area of interest, budget, timeframe and messages submitted through the forms.
Data is used only to respond to the request, understand the company, project or real estate need presented and prepare initial guidance.
The request is first registered in the VATA CRM, where it receives a reference and initial qualification to support follow-up. The user is then directed to WhatsApp with the message already prepared.
VATA Systems provides the technical infrastructure for capturing and monitoring requests on behalf of HB Consulting, with access limited to what is necessary for operation, security and maintenance.
The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate usage and performance statistics. With consent, Google Tag Manager may also activate Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and, once configured, Google Ads measurement technologies to measure visits, interactions and campaign conversions. These optional technologies remain disabled until permission is given, and the choice can be changed through “Cookie settings”. Submitted requests and WhatsApp openings are recorded separately in the VATA CRM for commercial follow-up.
The YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode and the Matterport virtual tour load only after the user chooses to play or start that content. At that point, the relevant providers may receive the technical data required to deliver the experience.
Data will be kept only for the period necessary to follow up on the request or comply with applicable obligations.
